3- Oily Skin
Oily skin is shiny, has dilated pores on the forehead, nose, and chin. This type of skin most often has acne rashes and blackheads. Specialists recommend using water-based creams and lotions, with gel textures and sebum-regulating effect, mattifying and anti-inflammatory products.
Exfoliation is also very important for oily skin, as it removes excess sebum and dead skin from the surface of the skin, which can clog pores. And last but not least, a low-fat diet is necessary in the care of this skin type.
4- Sensitive Skin
Sensitive skin reacts most quickly to environmental factors, especially at low temperatures, pollution, food, or smoking.
People with such a type of skin suffer from itching and redness. They need creams with hypoallergenic effect, without dyes and preservatives, and rich in moisturizing oils, which relax and soothe the skin.
5- Normal Skin
If you have normal skin, you are lucky because it is not pretentious at all. This type of skin is perfectly balanced and retains water effectively, so it does not show dehydration.
To care for and maintain this type of skin, specialists recommend using delicate products with moisturizing effects and UV protection factor.
